LAS VEGAS (March 25, 2015) — When an organization has a big win, it affects more than the bottom line and employee morale. In the case of Technology Resource Center of America (TRCA), it also earned them the VXSuite 2014 Deal of the Year Award, the prestigious technology award recognizing the largest VXSuite sale in 2014. The winners were announced on March 18, at the Annual VXSuite VXMadness 2.0 Partner Conference at the Aston MonteLago Resort in Lake Las Vegas, Nevada.

The VXSuite Partner Awards express well-deserved recognition for the numerous technology company success stories produced in the cloud-based analytic software business. Presented in numerous categories, the 2014 Deal of the Year Award recognizes the VXSuite partner that generates the largest purchase order.

“We have worked with this prestigious healthcare organization for a number of years and recognized their need for call analytic software.” says Sam Wilson, account manager, TRCA. “VXTracker fit the bill for department allocation, threatening call search and trunk utilization reports. Once we did a demo of VXTracker, it sold itself.”

TRCA has a vision that serves communication as the main driver of all business. To that end, how an organization’s phone system and computer network—be it on-site or in the cloud—and how it interfaces with the outside world is the company’s focus. They also are owned, operated, and staffed (37 percent) with veterans representing all branches of the United States Military.

“We are so pleased TRCA introduced their customer to VXTracker,” says Kurt Karshick, channel manager, VXSuite. “They are joining hundreds of other healthcare facilities that use VXTracker for call analytics.”
