The Business Intelligence Group announced the 2014 winners of the Stratus Awards. The inaugural industry awards competition recognizes those companies innovating in the Cloud and providing innovative offerings that are truly differentiated in the market.
VXSuite was a finalist in the awards in the area of Software as a Service. What makes VXSuite unique is its the only product on the market that allows a customer to start with the infrastructure they have and use it to plan a new IP system. Most IT managers believe VoIP will work, but the question many IT departments continue to ask is, “Will this technology work in my environment?”
Moving from TDM to VoIP?
VXSuite uses a 3-step approach to answering this question. It starts with Network Pre-Deployment, which consists of an analysis of the current environment to determine if the network is ready for VoIP. Next is the Deployment phase where VXSuite continues to monitor call quality and network issues as the new VoIP system is rolled out. During phase three VXSuite continues to monitor the environment to ensure voice quality is maintained and problems are quickly diagnosed and resolved.
Dawn Fordyce, managing director of the Business Intelligence Group, when speaking about the Stratus Awards said, “We are proud to reward VXSuite in the 2014 Stratus Awards. They are clearly leading the market in delivering real value to their end customers by leveraging the Cloud. The Cloud is clearly revolutionizing how we use technology and communicate. With more than 60% of businesses now utilizing the Cloud for performing IT-related operations, the organizations our volunteer expert judges selected are helping to accelerate the development and adoption of cloud-based services. We are proud to reward these companies with 2014 awards.”
VXSuite is proud to have been recognized in the company of so many other great Cloud-Service providers. Thinking of moving from a TDM system to IP? See how VXSuite call analytics can help in the transition.
