Amy has received glowing reports on presentations she has made to several local Avaya and Nortel user group chapters as well as at the International Avaya User’s Conference. Roger Blohm is the President and CEO of LVM, Inc., and has been instrumental in the impressive growth of the product since it’s purchase in early 2009. Daniel S. Bravo is a Sales Engineer for LVM. His responsibilities include supporting the sales team in product demonstrations and proof of concepts in addition to assisting existing customers in extracting the most value from their VXSuite of products. Encroaching 18 years of development, sales engineering and support experience, with 8 of those years as part of the LVM team, Daniel’s technical expertise bridges the gap between form and function, ensuring disparate technologies integrate seamlessly with the VXSuite of products and the overall satisfaction of our prospects, partners and customers is firmly assured.
Dan has spent most of his career working in business intelligence. His development expertise is in reporting, analytics and data warehousing. He is currently in charge of 3 major parts of VXPulse: The first is in the development and scalability of the analytic reporting engine. The second is in the data warehousing technology that allows VXPulse to perform across many servers so as to take advantage of today’s virtualized / cloud technologies. Lastly, he’s responsible for the internal processes that include teaching VXPulse to monitor itself so that we always offer the most dependable monitoring solution possible.

Doug leads the sales team to develop a strong reseller channel. Previously he was the director of international research at KLAS where he worked with hundreds of CIOs, healthcare providers, and vendor executives in monitoring the performance of Healthcare IT globally.
Doug has presented around the world at trade shows, government agency strategy sessions, user’s groups, and regional associations on topics ranging from unified communications, healthcare IT adoption, battlefield IT challenges, business process and implementation, and investment strategies. Jon is considered an authority in the field of call accounting and has spoken at dozens of local, national and international telecom conferences. His classes are highly rated for their practical value. He uses many unique examples from his customers and how they have used the system to their advantage and includes details on many issues to be considered when purchasing a system.

Using his 17+ years’ experience in technology, he has written and launched several SAAS platforms supporting 500+ enterprise customers. Before starting with LVM, he was COO and Co-Founder of Communicado, Inc., where he helped raise $15.6M in several rounds, driving a $28M valuation. He currently resides in Orange County, California with his wife Dana and their 4 children.

Kurt has over 15 years as a technology strategist and business developer in both Start Up and seasoned firms. Kurt has spent his time focusing mostly on emerging technologies and trends which enable business enhancement and process improvement, such as, unified communications, mobility applications, revenue management, workflow, and real-time business intelligence(RTI). As Director of Channel Management, Kurt’s focus is on the East Coast channel sales and partner development at LVM. This includes all types of organizations supporting and delivering Digital/IP PBX, UC platforms and/or Microsoft LYNC initiatives as well as those looking to deliver voice-oriented managed services as provided via our Cloud/Premise based VXSuite of solutions.

As a Unified Communications Architect Byron, specializes in Microsoft Lync (Lync Server 2013, Lync Server 2010, Office Communication Server 2007(R2), Exchange 2013 and Exchange 2010 with Unified Messaging), has hands on experience with over 70+ Enterprise deployments of Lync 2013, Lync 2010 and OCS 2007(R2) all with voice integration. Additional experience with Office Communications Server as a team member of the Unified Communications TAP \ RDP Team while working at Microsoft with Global Enterprise Customers and Microsoft Gold Certified Partners since OCS 2007 beta release makes Byron an invaluable member of the LVM SWAT Team. He has worked with the Unified Communications Business Group at Microsoft in developing content for OCS 2007, OCS 2007 R2, and Lync Server 2010 by working on projects such as OCS Ignite, Voice Ignite, and Lync Ignite, which provide readiness and training for Microsoft Certified Partners and internal resources around the globe. Byron works to deliver Lync 2010 and 2013 (300) level content to key customers and partners for Microsoft. He has participated as a Lync 2010 and Lync 2013 Subject Matter Expert speaker in technical events for Unified Communications, such as Microsoft TechEd, Exchange Connections, and Lync Conferences.
